Fillets of fish, poultry, or beef are often soft, slippery, and inconsistent in shape and size. Their smooth surfaces complicate gripping, creating a risk of insufficient adhesion or product damage from excessive force. Conventional grippers often fail to handle these products reliably without causing damage or process disruptions. Therefore, achieving a form-fitting yet gentle grip remains the central challenge.

  • Intelligent Low-Profile Grip: The design features small “fingernails” at the tips, making it possible to reliably pick up even slippery and flat fillets , scraping them from surfaces with ease.

  • Secure and Stable Hold: Inclined fingers guide the fillet gently into the gripper’s “palm” , where a counterholder secures it for perfect placement, cycle after cycle.

  • Versatile and Adaptable: Interchangeable spacers allow the gripper to be easily adapted to different fillet types and sizes.
