A SoftGripping Industrial Soft Gripper is made out of three elements: The Base, the finger array and the finger. All of them are optimized for high speed solutions with delta robots.

Base

This is really special! You can freely choose the type of your base. You like a lightweight base made of plastic? You like the flexibility of EoAT systems with aluminum construction profiles? You want to build your own solution with a bended plate (or we can do it for you)? Let’s talk about what you need!

Finger Arrays

To adapt to the dimensions and weight of your object, we use our finger arrays with different number of fingers. From one to infinity! The arrays are easily mounted to every base, no matter what type is it. The arrays have our unique bayonet lock to mount and unmount with one hand in a second.

Our pneumatically driven fingers for the Industrial Soft Gripper have our bayonet lock. They are made of FDA-approved silicon rubber with a lifetime of more than 10 million cycles.

EoAT With Construction Profiles

Your application requires to change the finger position from time to time? Than use this EoAT. No problem with this type of base. You can change the whole setup in a minimal amount of time.

You can mount our finger arrays on all common profiles. Separately, you can get changeable angle adapters, allowing even more variability and more settings to solve the most difficult challenges.

Types of Finger Arrays on Industrial Soft Gripper

We prepared three different arrays that fit most applications, which are always in stock!

You have two inputs for air supply. On the top (for plastic bases and the most plate bases) and on the side (for construction profiles).

If you need something special like 6, 7, 8, 9 or 10 fingers with a larger or smaller finger distance, we will build it for you within 2 weeks.
